At SLMD Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product isn't the right fit for your skin, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process within 30 days of purchase.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging if possible and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
